- Education:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Agriculture Engineering, Agriculture, Forestry, Veterinary Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Policy, Climate Change, Food Security, Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field.
- Experience:
- At least 14 years of experience for PhD holders (including 5-8 years at senior management level), OR
- At least 18 years of experience for Master’s degree holders (including 5-8 years at senior management level).
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of food security and climate change policies
- Experience in public sector development projects
- Knowledge of agriculture value chain and rural economy
- Ability to work with government departments and international organizations
